Next year I will be taking part in the iconic London Triathlon in the Achy Breaky Bears Team as part of Team Ramsey raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.. Our Team Captain Mark has first hand experience as his son is treated by GOSH and does a great deal of fundraising for them. I have done several triathlons and other events but this is one I've always wanted to do.
