On 1st April 2010 i will be setting off from Central London to run, walk & probably end up crawling to a small town called Sroda Wlkp (Poland) the distance is 1,248KM but i like to think of it as 30 Marathons in 30 days as it sounds less...:-) for those of you who think this is a crazy mission you can rest assured you are wrong!.....it's totally insane but its for "Help 4 Heroes" & every step i take will be one for all the lads who can't.

 

I think i forgot to mention as i will be cheating a little as i intend to do this Crusade riding an Ostrich just like Bernie Clifton & folkes why can't we raise £1,000,000 to give these lads a fighting chance with a charity that can offer them support & a road back to recovery. They have given so much & now its our chance to give something back!
