We provide pilgrimage holidays to Lourdes to change the lives of children and adults

Story

We are raising money for our HCPT group (Group 2). HCPT is a charity that takes children with a variety of medical problems and/or disabilities to Lourdes over Easter. This is a week of fun, new experiences, friendship and laughter for them.

The money we raise goes towards paying for the children to be flown there and to stay in a hotel and all the activities we undertake during the week.

In order to raise money, we undertook the 3 Peaks Challenge. This involved climbing 3 mountains in the UK in a 24 hour period (Ben Nevis, then Scafell Pike, then Snowdon).

I had the pleasure of being the driver of the team (no mean feat in itself), as well as the doctor and chef ! Mind you, I didn't miss out on all the fun as I myself climbed Snowdon with the rest of the team.

Thank you for anything donated (no matter how small) to help our worthwhile cause.

Andrew
