I've decided that I need a new challenge so I have registered to take part in a 50 mile cycle ride for the BHF. It's on Sunday the 2nd November 2008 in Coventry so I've got time to improve my fitness, find a head, a blonde wig and a horse for my female friend!

The BHF is a charity that is close to my heart (in more ways than I care to remember). Because I was lucky I want to help others be lucky too!
