Story

Well.....I made it!!! I got the medal!!! And I've definitely got the runners high. I don't know how like, because I'm sure I walked most of it. ha ha.

What an amazing experience. A fellow papyrus runner tapped me on the shoulder as he was overtaking me the cheeky...... ha ha.

The She Wee experience has traumatised me. But the amazing crowd and all my supporters got me through the 26 miles. My half marathon was great, and my other half was a party of laughing, dancing, drinking, eating and some running along the way. I never once thought of stopping and my last mile was quite fast I might add. Crossing that line and getting my medal was sweet............

The fundraisers, the runners, the crowd, there isn't a day that I could compare to that. You should try it.....

Now to celebrate.......love you all. xxxxxxxx

Hello all of the beautiful people in my life. I've finally got what I have been waiting for, for 6 years! A place in the London Marathon. I never gave up. I was determined to recieve the 'you're in' magazine instead of the 'hard luck' commiserations magazine and consolation jacket. The thing is, I was 6 years younger when I first applied, so the joke is on me really. haha because I'm only good for 3 miles..........or was....

Anyway, what keeps me running and training is the idea that I am doing it for a good reason, and that reason is because I have the most gorgeous family in the world, full of loonies, models, brainboxes, scally's, sporty, funny, protective, supportive, positive, helpful diverse people you could ever meet.

How lucky we are...................

But some of the friends we have and know aren't so lucky and we all like to remember them everyday, especially those who are the age of our own children and are struggling to find their way in life

Tony McNulty and Carla Dunphy-Clarkson are 2 of many people who decided that there was no answer to their prayers and I couldn't help them, but I would like to try and help others at this time, to realise that there is a way, and life can be worth living.

By donating to my charity we can help to prevent suicide in young people. There is so much to say about this charity but if we could help save 1 life, then the world would be a better place for us.

Have a look, it's brilliant.
