Last year Sue Spedding, Neil Swain and I completed the Great North Run for Marie Curie. Our time was 2.29 (Paula Radcliffe was worried sick). Swainy has bottled it this year but Sue and I are giving it another go, hoping to beat our time and raise money for the Alzheimers Soceity.
