Terrence Higgins Trust
Terrence Higgins Trust offers services to people infected, or affected, by HIV. It supports 50,000 people through counselling, advocacy, health education, one hour HIV testing and buddying. It merged with London Lighthouse in October 2000, is now the largest HIV charity in Europe and is at the forefront of HIV prevention.

Hello everyone!!
Thank you for visiting my Flora London Marathon fundraising page.
On April 22, I will be running 26.2 miles in aid of Terrence Higgins Trust (THT), the leading HIV & AIDS charity in the UK and the largest in Europe. The charity was founded in 1982 after the death of Terrence Higgins, one of the first victims of AIDS, by a group of his friends who wanted to prevent more people having to face the same illness.
Anything you can provide will make a huge difference to THT. For example, £14 will provide two hours of volunteer training for the THT Direct Helpline, the national helpline which receives more than 30,000 calls a year, providing support to people in need with confidential, specialist information and emotional support.
