My Grandfather passed away last year from Prostate Cancer and I have set myself the challenge of participating in one of the world's toughest races - Tough Guy; a 15k cross country run, coupled with over 200 obstacles in freezing cold waters, running through fire, tight spaces with the risk of hypothermia and severe fatigue.

I'm doing this for my Grandpa and for every male who suffers from prostate cancer and to raise awareness of getting checked yourself.
