I am joining Rod Smallwood and the mighty Truants  - www.thetruantsuk.com - for a massive cycle ride across Cambodia in late January to raise money for Nordoff Robbins, Childline and Teenage Cancer Trust.

The journey over 3 days in and around the Angkor Temple Complex will cover more than 100 miles, a mixture of off and on road, high humidity, dusty trails and hopefully no landmines.

So far the annual Truants cycle rides have raised almost £1 million.  This is the ride that should hopefully see us smash us this total.

I’ve been wanting to do something good for charity for a while, and I think these are fantastic causes.   If I’ve ever got you onto a guest list, or booked your band, or done you a favour, please throw something if you can.
