Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Thanks for taking the time to visit Adventures of thumb 2 Donation page.

You may remember that we raised money for The Penrose Icu unit which my Nephew Sam was admitted to last year when he was in a coma for 13 days......well thanks to all the money that was donated we were able to provide 5 APPLE IPads to the Intensive care team which will be used in a ground breaking scheme with technology that enables those who are seriously ill to communicate with the staff and reduce the undue stress on the patient and Nursing care staff.

Well with your help we would like to do the same for the stroke Unit at The Burrator ward In Plymouth's Derriford Hospital again there is nothing like this being used in the Hospital and all the consultants that were at the last presentation have said that this technology is going to be vital in helping patient, staff and family communicate whilst they try to recover.

All we ask is for a donation of £2 then you post a picture on the Facebook page
