So. Today I got a phone call from a wonderful lady called Glenys Kett from Cumbria Community Foundation asking whether a unfit rotund so and so like me would like to put myself through organised torture for charity. 

So. I am going to be hauling my 19st of pure insanity around the Jennings River Ride in September.
