On the 30th October this year, myself and Peter Waters will be taking part in Vietnam's first vertical race - the Bitexco Vertical Run. We will be running up Vietnam's tallest building, the Bitexco Financial Tower, ascending 1002 steps to a height of 178 metres.  Athletes from across the world will be competing in the race as part of a 2011 Vertical World Circuit which has included the Empire State Building and the Taipei 101 skyscrapers.

In doing so I will be raising money for Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and any donations will be much appreciated. For the information on both the event and the charity, check out the following links...
