I've decided to push my boundaries this year and what better way than by doing something to raise some money!  I've entered in the Aasics British 10km London run around central London and have decided to support AVIF.   AVIF is an innovative online charity, assisting with sustainable development in rural Kenya, East Africa. Being virtual means negligible administration costs for worldwide impact.
