Vince and I will be running from Cardiff to Gregynog, which is about 150km over 4 days in May. Here is the link to our blog, which we will update before and during our run.

We are doing this because we thought it would be a great challenge for us personally and a great way for us to spend some time together :)

However, if we can raise awareness for charity and hopefully raise some money that would really make it a great challenge.

We have each chosen our own charities to raise money for, I have decided to raise money for LATCH the Welsh Children's Cancer Charity/Elusen Canser Plant Cymru. A lot of people close to me have had an enormous amount of help and support from this charity and this is my way of saying thank you to them and to help them give the same support to other families who have to go through such terrible times.
