Hello beautiful people, 

Thank you for clicking through onto this page. I'm supposed to tell you my story, but this is in no way about me. Yes, my legs will be sore. And yes, if I talk to you on daily basis I will complain about how much it hurts to walk. However, I'll tell you who this is really about. 

Dearest Palestine,

There is no word in this universe that holds so much beauty and pain all at the same time. You have endured the loss of your children, your being, your heritage, your identity year after year, and decade after decade. Yet with all this distress, you have continued to live with such delicate beauty that make all that truly know you proud to call their own.

I'm here to tell you that you've taught us that resistance has many faces. I write to you often and I sing to you often, but this time I choose to cycle for you. I'm here to tell you that I will celebrate the talents you harboured, the music you sang, the poems you crafted, the food you mastered, and the losses you’ve turned into heroes. I want to make your name shine is all the right ways.
