Gaza (Palestine) may long be out of the news and our minds but the suffering continues, with over 1,200 people injured and a generation of children traumatised, the medical emergency goes on. Islamic Relief is at the heart of the relief effort, providing vital medical supplies and counselling vulnerable children.

I will be joining the riders of shaam from De Monfort University, cycling over 350miles, from Leicester to Paris.
