This year I will be taking part in the 3rd annual FFK (Futures for Kids) Walk to Work on Friday 13 September, leaving my home town of Guildford and walking the 35 miles to the City of London.

FFK is supporting four fantastic charities this year:

I was recently on holiday with the family in Zambia and whilst there we visited a local village of 2700 people, of the 442 children of school age 2/3rds were orphaned due to HIV, over 35% of the village is HIV positive.  Not only was there great deprivation and suffering, but the number of orphans in the village was truly heart breaking.   

Please help me to raise money for these children's charities by supporting my walk.
