I will be taking part in the Palace to Palace bike ride on October 2nd and would really appreciate any donation you could give towards the Prince's Trust Charity. The event is a lengthy ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, a distance of 90 miles or the equivalent of 5.3 laps of the circle line. Given the horrendous state of my current 'work bod' and the age/uselessness of my bike I am anticipating this to be a bit of a struggle. 

The Prince's Trust aims to help young people from disadvantaged background. This can be through helping them find employment, develop key life skills or simply to stabilise their lives.
