Hi all,

 

As you can hopefully see I have entered into this year's London Triathlon being held on the first Sunday of August. I'm in the 7am heat if anyone is near a tv!

 

The event is a total of 51.5km or 32miles in length and I hope to take no more than 2hour40mins from start to finish... :(..... and looking for everyone to donate just a £1 or so (every penny) - the cost of a jug of milk, a newspaper or even a packet of skittles if you go to the costcutter in Blackheath!

 

Someone should benefit from this ordeal and I have chosen for all money raised to go towards the World Development Movement who work very hard to fight for basic improvements for countries such as safe, clean water, fair a trade and many more valuable projects.
