9 members of the WestCoast Team are once again supporting the 24hour Grapplethon. This year we're supporting One25,  who are a Bristol based charity who reach out to women trapped in, or vulnerable to, street sex work, by supporting them to break free and build new lives away from the violence, poverty and addiction. 

Please support us through this both physically and mentally challenging 24hour event where we'll be sparring/grappling with various participants from the BJJ community from all over the UK.
