We made it! we actually arrived safe and sound in CardiffBay. After 5 long arduous days.. we arrived tired with our bodies and bikes worn out!

 

This trip has been one of the best experiences we've ever had and were already thinking about where to go next!

 

We'd like to take the opportunity to thank all those who donated, from friends and family, our colleagues in North and South Wales.

 

Rhys would also like to thank the teachers and staff of his former school Ysgol Uwchradd Bodedern who gave generously as well as the Calfaria Chapel in Penygroes, Carmarthenshire who also gave very generously.

Ar fore dydd llun, y 27ain o Mai bydd Carwyn, Joe, Peter a Rhys yn cychwyn ar siwrne arwrol o reidio o Gonwy i Gaerdydd ar siwrne Arfordir i'r Arfordir Cymru. Er mwyn gwneud y siwrne'n fwy diddorol, byddem yn reidio'r siwrne oddi ar y lon neu 'off road'.

Rydym yn bwriadu cwblhau'r siwrne o 207 milltir wrth ddefnyddio llwybrau ceffyl, beicio, traciau land rover a lonydd tan gymaint â phosib o'r bwi ar gei Conwy'r holl ford i'r Fodrwy Geltaidd ym Mae Caerdydd.

Rydym yn bwriadu cwblhau’r siwrne mewn 5 diwrnod ac yn gobeithio codi arian i Gymdeithas clefyd Alzheimer yn y broses.

Rhowch yn hael a chymaint â fedrwch ar gyfer achos teilwng yma! a helpwch i'n hysbrydoli yn ystod y siwrne a her i'n bywydau !

Starting on May the 27th, Carwyn, Joe, Peter and Rhys will be begin the epic journey by riding from the Conwy to Cardiff on the Welsh Coast to Coast. Just to make it a little bit more interesting, were going to ride the journey off road! We'll be making use of bridleways, land rover tracks, Cycle paths and fire roads as much as possible for the 207 miles from the buoy on Conwy's quay.. all the way down to the Celtic Ring in Cardiff!

Were planning to do the trip over 5 days and were hoping to raise some money for the Alzheimers Society in the process.
