On Aug 4th I’m taking on the AJ Bell triathalon, it’s by far the biggest challenge I’ve faced to date.

I’m swimming/biking/running (most likely crawling)the streets of London in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital and id be eternally grateful for any and all donations no matter how big or small.
