Story

I am a Trainee (soon to be qualified!) Veterinary Nurse.  In a moment of madness I decided that it would be a good idea to arrange a mass skydive for members of the Veterinary profession, and anyone else that wanted to join in!  The skydive is going to happen on 16th April 2011 at Langar Airfield in Nottingham.

The aims of the dive are to:

A)  Raise money for Muir Maxwell Trust, an excellent charity for childrens epilepsy.

B)  Raise awareness of Veterinary Nurses and the campaign to protect the title "Veterinary Nurse".  At the present moment in time anybody can work in a veterinary practice and start to call themselves a Veterinary Nurse, when they have no theoretical training in the field, nor have they undertaken any examinations.  Qualified Veterinary Nurses undergo rigerous training and examination to complete their training.

Sooo...please dig deep to help me raise as much money as I can!  I will be paying for the jump myself so all donation money will be going to Muir Maxwell.  Every penny counts :)

Thank you x
