The Bike is still in the shed but I'll have no choice when I land in Cambodia as bikes are provided for the 3 day cycle challenge. 3 days of pain and hopefully with your help we'll raise much needed funds for 3 great charities Teenage Cancer Trust, Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy and ChildLine. All donations made here will go straight to the charities with Nordoff Roobins collating all the funds and sharing them equally with the other charities.
