We (10 VEGA employees) are taking on the Three Peaks Challenge on 28th June in aid of the British Heart Foundation (and Cancer Research UK - see our team page). For those that don't know, it is a gruelling challenge in which Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon (the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales) will be conquered in just 24hours...

It will be a huge challenge for us all and is set to test our endurance, strength and of course the ability to deal with lack of sleep (…and James' driving!).

The Plan:

We will set off on Friday 27th June in a minibus full of supplies and head up to Fort William where we'll crash for the night.

Saturday 28th June...where the real challenge begins...

07:00 - 12:00 = Climb Ben Nevis

12:00 - 17:30 = Drive to Scafell Pike

17:30 - 22:30 = Climb Scafell Pike

22:30 - 02:30 = Drive to Snowdon

02:30 - 06:30 = Climb Snowdon

06:30 = Chill out with an early-morning beer and celebrate!

Completing this in just 24 hours is going to be really tough for us all and we need all the support (and bacon sandwiches!) we can get.
