In Gaza and Palestine, children are freezing, as you scroll through this page you have a chance to do something. 

Penny Appeal are on the ground right now in Syria, Yemen, Palestine, Bangladesh, Lebanon and Pakistan. Help provide life-saving shelter, food and warmth to those in mortal danger. 

The unemployment rate in Gaza alone is a staggering 44%, meaning that thousands of families cannot work to support themselves, and are forced to rely on humanitarian aid just to feed their families and stay warm. These people are living in all kinds of makeshift shelters; around a quarter still live in the rubble of their destroyed homes. Palestinian people are extremely vulnerable to the cold weather this winter, and are in danger of freezing.

£30 = provide 3 winter blankets 

£50 = provide 1 family with food for a month 

£100 = food + clothing + blankets for 1 month 

£150 = fuel for heating + food + blankets + clothing for 1 month 

£300 – 500 = life saving emergency winter shelter

If we do not act now, people will die.
