We're running along with 1,100 other University staff and students as part of the "Purple Wave" to raise funds for the University's Equity & Merit Scholarships. On our team, we have staff and some of our current scholarship students from Rwanda, Uganda and Bangladesh.

Our alumni in Uganda are currently fundraising to support a deserving Ugandan to study at Manchester as their way of giving back. We thought it would be great to support them in their efforts and pool the money we raise.
