We fund life-saving research to help cancer patients everywhere.

Story

This March will see us run a Charity Rugby event for the fourth consecutive year at Richmond Rugby Club and we are looking for Sponsorship. We have previously raised £5,000 and £18,500 in aid of Help for Heroes and £30,000 in aid of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

One of our best friends, principal player and organiser of the event was diagnosed with an advanced form of Melanoma Skin Cancer in December 2011, and has since been receiving treatment at the Royal Marsden Hospital. It was unanimously agreed that we should change the charitable cause and support The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and we continue to do so.

On the day we hold two rugby matches; University of Bristol vs. Leeds University and Newcastle University vs. Barbarians XV (Alumni from the 3 Universities).

Following the days rugby, spectators are invited onto buses to join the teams for an evening at The Jam Tree pub in Chelsea and then on to private event at Under the Bridge, a nearby night club.
