Duncan, Andy and I will be competing in the London Triathlon on 30th July to raise funds for GOSH.

Duncan's drawn the short straw and will be participating in the swim; I'm covering the bike leg and Andy will finish on the run.

I know these requests seem to come from all corners these days but anything you can give towards our fundraising goals will be greatly appreciated; especially by the children and their families supported by Great Ormond Street Hospital. It should also improve our willingness to endure the pain on the day !
