I am a Wales-based runner who can be found running around the hills of South Wales.  It's hilly, really hilly.

Mikey and I were due to run the October 2022 Marathon but alas, Mikey had a knee injury that stalled his running for a while so we both deferred until April 2023.  Mikey has taken the decision to pull out completely and focus on shorter runs to help his knee stay pain free.

So, I'm on my own.  Just me and my (quite frankly, brilliant) taste in music.  Pounding the hills (did I mention it's really hilly around here?).

The Charity I am raising money for is a hugely important one.  The Haemophilia Society help people affected by blood disorders, they know that a blood disorder shouldn't define people and they help people find freedom, opportunity and fun in life after diagnosis.  The work they do is incredible.

I'm asking you to help me, whether you can make a donation now, support me in my events that I am going to hold, or by helping me stay motivated with messages of support.
