Most of you already know my story. 

I came to riding very late in life at 32. I was diagnosed with cancer at 29 but thankfully I am one of the lucky ones in that I was successfully treated. With the realisation of knowing that I would never be able to have children and through the help of a great friend I was introduced to these amazing 4 legged beauties. What can I say my whole world was turned upside down by these lovely creatures and to this day I have never looked back ...

I was recently touched by the plight of a young girl 'Hannah' her struggles with cancer, her pure determination and her love for a soft toy named Willberry. Sadly Hannah lost her battle but in her honour I am hoping to raise money in 2017 through a series of challenges with my lovely Irish Sports Horse Claddagh culminating in the completion of a BE80 in October.
