Ever since the massive earthquake and tsunami struck Japan on Friday 11th of March I've been sitting around twiddling my thumbs and wondering what I could do to help. I've given money to charities but haven't really felt invovled in a real effort at all. Well now I've found something, and it's something I enjoy! As part of the 5toSurvive (http://5tosurvive.org/) initiative I'm going to run 5km on Sunday 10th April at 3:11pm with anyone who will come with me.
