Armpits4August is a month long charity event for women and everyone with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

Participants grow underarm hair for one month, and ask friends and family to sponsor them to raise money for Verity, the charity for people with PCOS.

I've a few friends with PCOS so am delighted for the opportunity to support Verity... and I'm secretly relishing the excuse to be a lazy de-fuzzer for a while!

At a later date, I might be looking for volunteers to help with plaiting, combing and other grooming duties so form an orderly queue.
