I have decided that, even though I can't run up the stairs at the moment, I am going to attempt a 10k run to raise money for the Terrence Higgins Trust. 

THT aim to support those affected by HIV. Their online support and guidance has proven invaluable to me in the past and I honestly don't know where I'd be without them.

It is now my goal to support THT so they can support others.
