A group of us from Swindon Town Football Club are taking part in Rough Runner in order to raise money for Prospect Hospice.

With my track record of hurting myself doing any sort of physical activity, I hope you'll donate to a great cause in exchange for me trying to avoid injury over the 5k obstacle course.
