I have seen in my own family what effect dementia can have - and I thought it was about time I did something to really help!!   

I know the work that  Alzheimers Society do is wonderful and incredibly appreciated... and so worth pounding the winter pavements (in sometimes storm conditions - running through flooded roads is a first for me today!).
