Story
I will be running 10 miles for Save the Children across the South Downs on the 25th September as part of Gleeds Global Challenge who as a company are aiming to fundraise £130,000 for charities to mark 130 years of business.
On the 12th September I joined 80,000 plus people that marched through London to Parliament Square to show solidarity for refugees an event organised by a good friend of mine and replicated worldwide in many countries. Save the Children helps those that are most at risk in humanitarian crises and are actively helping in this current crisis that we are all witnessing now. For every £1 Save the Children receive, 88p is spent on their activities to benefit children, 11p to raise the next £1 and 1p on governance and other costs. Any donation, no matter how small is greatly appreciated!
