Call me a mug, but despite the fact I hate running (anyone who's seen me on the football field will vouch for this), I've somehow agreed to do the running leg of the london triathlon on 1 Aug...

It must be because:

a) I want to raise money for WDM at a time when the recession is hitting charities hard

b) There's never been a more important time for WDM to campaign against the root causes of global poverty

c) I'm a mug
