Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. My Brother and Ihavea just completed the ride but please do help me get to the magic target of £3,000 and thank you so much to those that have sponsored me, it was a fantastic thing to do challenging and exhilarating in equal measure - not to mention having to eat that many cakes!

Firstly I am sorry to all those very kind people who have donated so far, I am afraid I had registered with the wrong charity, your money has gone to the Pearl of Africa Foundation rather than my intended charity of http://www.justgiving.com/pearlofafricachildcare, ( A Cornish run charity) please excuse my error! Your donations have raised just under £500 so far and once I get this money back from the Pearl of Africa Foundation I will add this to the total.

Any way my challenge is to cycle from Jon O'Groats to Lands End starting on Saturday the 10th of September and taking 16 days and crossing as many ferries as we can on the route.

My brother is raising money for the Fire Brigade Benevolent Fund and I am raising money for the Kamuzinda School and village health clinic in Uganda, a specific part of the work of the Pearl of Africa Childcare Foundation. Some of our staff and their partners help run the clinic and we have set ourselves the target of raising £8,500 a year to help pay for the staff, drugs and run an outreach project to help promote health education.
