At midday on 7th October I will be abseiling down the KPMG building in Canary Wharf to raise money for Barnardos.

 

Its 15 stories of vertical glass and there will be 6 of us apparently doing it in some form of fancy dress (which to be honest I'm dreading more than the fall). The target to raise is £150 so all donations would be much appreciated.

Note: there are no refunds if I fall and win the record for fastest time to the bottom.
