Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Its been a while since I signed up to do any silly fundraising challenges but the opportunity to suffer for 4 days on a Brompton fold up bike cycling from Paris to London was too good to miss. From 8-12 September, the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund is hosting the Battle of Britain 75th Anniversary Brompton Bicycle Challenge from Paris to London. At least 75 cyclists – one for each year since the Battle of Britain – will ride a Brompton folding bike 230 miles to commemorate the incredible bravery and sacrifice of those who fought in the Battle during the Summer of 1940. The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund is the RAF's leading welfare charity, providing financial, practical and emotional support to all members of the RAF family. They are here to help serving and former members of the RAF, as well as their partners and dependants, whenever they are needed.
I will be completing this challenge only 10 days after completing the Vitruvian Half Ironman, safe to say this is going to make it much more of a challenge! If you can support me in any way big or small it will be hugely appreciated.
