Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

On the 9th November 2013 at 10.28am our beautiful identical twin girls arrived into the world. At 28 weeks this was too early for one of our angels, Tilly Jean to survive and god had other plans for this special and amazing baby.

Her sister Jessie Jean Violet at a tiny 1kilo fought and fought and with the amazing support of the doctors and nurses at watford general hospital Special Care Baby Unit, is making amazing progress.

Shockingly this unit is not fully funded by the NHS and it was donated equipment that has given our baby girl the best chance of survival.

After saying our sad farewells at the funeral of our darling Tilly, we asked that people made donations to SCBU rather than flowers and now hope to continue to raise money to support this exceptional unit in honour of our girls and that they may help other babies in the same situation that need such excellent care and that no other parents have to go through the same as we have.

we are thankful for whatever support you may be able to give.

god bless
