Story
This will be my final big tiger challenge and I plan to make it a worthwhile one ...
This October I will be trekking across the Kerinci Seblat National Park with the TPCU and 7 other zoo friends, removing tiger snares along the 10 day route.
I was fortunate enough to work with Debbie Martyr and her Tiger Protection Conservation Unit (TPCU) in Kerinci back in 2009, and was quite simply amazed by the work they do to save tigers.
The route will be hot, humid, crawling with the unknown, and if we are lucky - may even have a wild tiger ... but most importantly we will be removing the snares which are killing these tigers every day.
Please support me to raise money for this sensational team that take this route every couple of weeks to save these magnificent animals.
The money you donate will be collected by SWCC and sent on with any additional funds to FFI who manage the project in Sumatra.
Thank you so much xx
