Story
Well that was incredibly hard!!!!!! Nick, Sabrina and Zante managed to complete the "trek" in just under 12 hours. An amazing effort from the youngsters (both human and canine) who managed to summit Pen Y Ghent and walk nearly 12 miles. Absolutely tremendous guys you should all be very, very proud of yourselves, we are.
We want to say good luck to Amy Cumston, who is so desperate to be with Kieran she is walking 25 miles with us!!!
Now that is commitment for you!!!!!
Welcome to the team Amy, look forward to receiving your sponsors xxx
7 miles done yesterday, pups did very well. Getting exited now - 11 days to go !!!!!
First day of training for the pups, 2.7 mile in 45 minuets. Given the current heat that is exceptional. Well done guys and to Callum.
Thanks for taking the time to visit the Pendlebury family JustGiving page.
Nick has been raising money for St Anns for the last 2 years now, and hes doing really well but as a family we thought we would try to do our little bit to help!
Nick, Sabrina, Kieran ( 16 ) and Callum ( 9) along with the family dogs Zante ( 2 ), Aiko and Ole ( 14 weeks old ), are taking part in the 25 miles Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on September 7th 2013
Taking in the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, we hope to complete the trek in under 12 hours and raise considerable funds for St Anns Hospice along the way.
St Ann’s Hospice cares and helps around 3,000 patients (over the age of 16) and their families and carers every year who are affected by cancer and non-cancer life limiting illnesses.
It costs £16,000 every day so their specialised staff can provide the highest quality care, every penny helps no matter how big or small so please dig deep and donate, whatever you can for this amazing charity.
Together, we can help to make a difference to somebodys life!
Thank You xx
