Those of you who know me will know I try to avoid exercise unless strictly necessary, and If there's one thing I hate more than running it's running in blazing sunshine, which just so happens to be the forecast for Thurs. To add to this, I've got the joy of some surprise fancy dress to run in, so will undoubtedly be in a fairly shambolic state when I cross the finish line, assuming I don't disintigrate from minor UV exposure on the way. 

With this in mind, I would be very grateful for any donations you can spare. In return, I can offer thanks, beers and possibly a before and after photo for your amusement, depending on the horror-factor of the fancy dress.
