In memory of Steve Prescott
We support 2 great causes to help injured RL players and beat cancer!

Story

This challenge is all about bringing people together, something that Steve Prescott was the master of! On this challenge we have injured RL players whose careers have been cut short due to serious injuries, a badly injured ex solider, a comedian, businessmen, a doctor and a student - so a very mixed bag. But what they all have in common with Precky is the will to push forward, to test themselves and essentially help other people in less fortunate positions.

Jimmy Gittins, whose idea it was to come up with this extreme challenge, first met Precky on his first walk from Hull to Old Trafford. Jimmy always speaks of the admiration he had for Steve, the way he faced things head on, even in the most difficult of times, and his attitude of "just never give up".

Steve never asked anybody to join him on his immense challenges, but we did so because you couldn't help but believe in him. I'm sure, like many others, Jimmy's life has been enriched for knowing his friend Steve Prescott, and this challenge proves Steve is still pulling us all together in order to help others.

Thank you.
