On Saturday  May 11th 2013 we will be cycling 100 miles from Cardiff to Tenby raising money for Noah's Ark Children's Hospital. All your kind donations will go towards building a new ward at the hospital. It is not a race but a huge cycling challenge!! Please support us and donate what you can for this amazing charity.
