GREAT NORTH RUN - the world's biggest half marathon - Sunday 20 September 2009 (13.1 miles)

Hi, thanks for visiting my JustGiving page, and hopefully making a donation!

I have been "persuaded" by my colleagues at work to take part in this year's Great North Run, to help raise money for a charity that we are very much involved with at Minivator, Help the Aged.

Having completed a half marathon last year, and saying to myself "never again", I am back in training and hopefully will survive this challenge!
