In support of the Royal British Legion I’m joining Team T Rowe and gearing up to peddle the channel as part of hundreds of cyclists on the ‘Pedal to Paris 2016’ annual bike ride.  Come September this year I’ll be covering 460km (that's approximately 285 miles) by bicycle from London to Paris and I need your support!
