Patrick, Dave and Gen are going to be running the LONDON MARATHON on Sunday 13th APRIL to raise money for MacMillan. This is their first marathon.... watch this space!!!

Shaun, on the other hand is lining up for his 10th Three Peaks Race (http://www.threepeaksrace.org.uk/). This is a 24mile run with 4500ft of climbing and unforgiving terrain. And just to make this time even more challenging, Shaun will do this having just had 2 years of not being able to run at all and undergoing knee surgery 12 months ago. GO SHAUN!!!
